Colour is fine. Cut is not what I wanted. Usually, I get to sit with the stylist at the start of the appointment to discuss what a good cut would be. This did not happen. I didn’t even realise that the hairdresser who colored my hair was going to cut my hair until she began cutting it!! I had to ask if she was cutting my hair today. We hadn’t even talked about it before she started cutting it.
We had a brief chat and because of that she got the fringe all wrong and haven’t even seen the back as she didn’t show me. For $360 I expect better than that.
