I’m a relatively new client at the salon and have had my hair coloured about 4 times now. I’ve been really happy with the colour and I feel there’s a real point of difference to other salons. The little extra touches are a real treat, gentle oils, tea and then general ambience of the salon is relaxed yet professional.
A slight hiccup with my latest colour was rectified promptly and without hesitation.
My only suggestion would be to listen to the client when they raise concern over a colour. It’s hard enough to raise a concern but to leave the salon feeling not quite satisfied with the colour and have to call back Iater isn't easy to do.
