I was warmly welcomed by Kat and we discussed what I would like. She was very thorough in her questioning to ensure the end result was just how I wanted. All staff were happy and friendly...the Aveda touches (massage/tea) really make it an experience and makes you feel special rather than just another number. I feel relaxed and my hair looks fresh (and the greys are gone!)...I’ll definitely be back!!!
