I’ve been in Perth for few months, and finding a salon was really important.
Since the moment I stepped in everyone was super amicable and sweet.
Great service, Jordan listened to my ideas and did a great haircut.
I have receive a lot of compliments, cannot wait to be back.

Absolutely amazing, I needed a last minute hair appointment, found this one online and they gave me a call back as soon as they had a cancellation. All the ladies are extremely friendly and provide the best service! Quite expensive obviously depending on what you’re getting done, but definitely worth it if you want to treat yourself. They offer beverages, massage and an amazing brownie. Couldn’t rate the service highly enough.

I had a great experience. I had to cancel last minute the day before which was not ideal as I had been looking forward to this for so long. (Baby and cat /vet dramas) left me at melting point. The team were very understanding and rebooked me. My hair looks great thank you. The extras like the massages was just lovely.

This is a beautiful & spacious salon. Catherine listened to my requests attentively & understood exactly what I wanted. She gave me a great haircut which I am really happy with. I thought parking might be an issue here but there was plenty of free parking. Will definitely be back

Katelyn was absolutely amazing, she listened to what I wanted then gave her advice considering that my hair is very frizzy. I’d absolutely recommend her and will definitely be back. The complimentary neck/shoulder and hand massage was a lovely touch too

What a hidden gem! This was my first appointment and I was made to feel so welcome and pampered from the moment I walked in. Love the way the colour turned out and the cut is just how I like it. I will definitely be returning and I couldn’t recommend this salon enough.

I treated my mum to a hair treatment while I had a wash, trim, and blow dry and I could not have been more pleased with the experience.
The stylists were warm and friendly and made the experience incredibly enjoyable. The space is beautiful and had a very calming ambience.

I really enjoyed my experience. Jordan was on point as per normal. I came out of my appointment more relaxed than normal. I've even already recommended the salon to family members!! What a hidden gem!!

First time to Super Natural Hair and I had the best experience from the minute I arrived. All the extra little touches were so lovely from the complimentary neck & shoulder massage at the start, hand massage whilst getting my hair shampooed and a lovely pot of tea.
My hairdresser Cat was fab. My hair looked so fresh and healthy and I love the colour. After being up with a baby all night it was just the pamper I needed. I felt so good leaving the salon and will definitely be back. Thanks so much xx

This salon is one of the best I've been too! Extremely welcoming and instantly I felt at ease here. Very calming and quite quiet, for those that like to relax and unwind.
The neck and shoulder massage, before your hair is washed is the ultimate, including a hand massage while it's being washed is also offered. (at no extra cost)!
I'm very confident in knowing my hairstyles, they ask, listen and deliver every time.
A great team who are passionate about their craft.
They are not expensive in any way. In fact, they are a little cheaper than most salon's and not in a shopping centre.
Try them out, even for the massage experience. This salon will not disappoint.

The whole experience was lovely. Started with a neck massage & green tea, was offered a brownie & coffee, got a hand massage when I was at the basin. It’s the little extras that made the whole experience so nice & relaxing. Plus I loved my hair colour at the end!

This was the best hair cut experience I have had in a long time. I don’t think I have ever been to the same hairdresser more than once but I will definitely be going back here!

I was pleasantly shocked of how well I was treated by everyone. Lili and Jordan were fantastic! The salon is nice and spacious, the energy is light and happy and there are no strong chemical smells. A hidden gem in Joondalup! Recommending to all my friends for sure!

I have been with the same hairdresser for almost 20 years, so to say I was nervous would be an understatement!!
But, as soon as I walked in the door, the staff were friendly and charming, and my NEW stylist, Kat, was attentive and genuinely interested in what I wanted to achieve. I ended up a little blonder than what I usually like, but I’m really digging the change!!

First visit to this salon. I was blown away!! Couldn’t have asked for a better service, price was a bit more than I usually pay but you definitely get beyond what you pay for! Cannot remember the name of my stylist but she was amazing, did exactly what I wanted and needed without pressuring me into other services or buying products. I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed from the second I walked in. I was so so happy with my hair cut and will be going back every time I need anything to do with hair or beauty again! Highly recommend anyone to go to supernatural hair!!

I’m a relatively new client at the salon and have had my hair coloured about 4 times now. I’ve been really happy with the colour and I feel there’s a real point of difference to other salons. The little extra touches are a real treat, gentle oils, tea and then general ambience of the salon is relaxed yet professional.

A slight hiccup with my latest colour was rectified promptly and without hesitation.
My only suggestion would be to listen to the client when they raise concern over a colour. It’s hard enough to raise a concern but to leave the salon feeling not quite satisfied with the colour and have to call back Iater isn't easy to do.

Supernatural Hair is by far the best salon i've ever been to! My faith is restored after 2 years of not stepping foot into a salon after bad experiences.

The experience was fantastic, friendly service, a massage & tea on arrival- it felt like I was in a retreat. My hair looks and feels amazing which is exactly what i wanted. Cat is such a lovely & talented hairdresser! Looking forward to future visits.
