Confused and disappointed.... Used $45 voucher on the week ending 27th January, which I appreciate thank you. Then I received another email voucher on 16th Feb to be used before 9th March. Tried to use it but told it was same voucher I’d already used so not honored. I had previously spent $600 at salon with my daughter between December-January, so I thought it was a rewards voucher. I’ve been a client for 15 years at this salon. Meanwhile the magazines were old, the brush had other clients hair still on it that was used to brush my hair after shampooing. Scissor and comb container full of other peoples hair, which did not give me much faith that the combs were clean. I would like to think that maintaining general hygiene between clients is a priority!

The second email was indeed a reminder for people who had not yet used theirs. We provide a number of offers like this throughout the year.
