Emma is an exceptional hairdresser and has an amazing personality - I couldn't be happier.

All the staff I interact with - in particular (Emma, Zoe, Rachel, Tiah, Seth) are fantastic, helpful and pleasant.

Olivia was friendly listened to exactly what I wanted nothing was to much trouble. Walked out extremely happy & look forward to my next visit! The team are all 5 star best place to go!

Mark is absolutely the best! Been going to him for many years now and is always on top of his game. Love the staff here, always so helpful, particularly zoe who is awesome. Overall, love the guys and the cut I get. Maurice Meade Claremont though really needs to upgrade their chairs! This has been an ongoing saga and I have seen people fall out/over these chairs and complain about how uncomfortable they are. This is a random miss match collection that head office has been able to scrape together from what I can only gather as leftover chairs or old ones they have had in storage probably since the 90’s. The chairs that use to be there have broken over time and were replaced by these. Sent a few emails to head office now but to only stop receiving responses and the promise of these being looked at seem to have only fallen on deaf ears. Not the only one to complain about this and it really looks like the head office is being too stingy with the $$$ because even the staff make comments about these! A salon of this level truley could invest some money back into its facilities considering the prices they charge! Only needs 4 chairs!

The Staff at Claremont are just “the best”. There is always a good atmosphere in the Salon and this commences at Reception. The professionalism along with the friendly and accommodating staff make for an enjoyable appointment

Tina was just lovely and did a great job as always.
I was quite disappointed with my wash and dry off with your young girl. It wasn't very relaxing and I felt like there really wasn't a lot of care. Having thick long hair sometimes gets caught up in brushes and pulls. Sorry, I know they are learning so I hope this helps. I have given 5 star review below as I am always happy with staff at claremont

I have been coming to Maurice Meade for a few years now and have always enjoyed my experience as the staff are so lovely and friendly.
My only complaint is today my booking was incorrect and the stylist I requested was not the stylist I had today. This is now the second time my booking has been messed up so you can imagine I find this disappointing.

Look forward to my apt each week. Olivia & Tiago do the greatest shampoos. Ongoing laughs with Mark. Shane & Zoe. Still miss Mathilda! X

Amy was really patient and kind. Managed to meet my requirements for my daughters hair cut but also deftly deflect my daughters request for short hair in a way that made Emily feel like she’d been part of the decision . Great haircut, lovely friendly service. Always a pleasure to visit

My daughter has very thick and curly hair so a ‘kids cut’ doesnt work for us. The Maurice Meade team make my girls feel like princessses during their visit to the salon and Shelley’s new style for Olivia is very flattering and really shows off her curls.

I come from Rockingham because Iam always happy with the results. Amy and Shelley always do a great job.

Quodos to my hairdude Mark today who put up with a happy baby, crying baby, dead phone, breastfeeding and vomit while still managing to keep his A game and nail yet another great cut (well except for non-inventive decembers that is). Thankyou Mark and the rest of the team for keeping your sense of humour, doing a great job and for not making me feel like the total painful client that I felt I was.

And Sarah - did a great colour - very pleased with end result - and Mark- apart from his beard- needs a trim? as always a great cut!

After 14 years I never cease to leave feeling amazing! Whether I’m heading to Coles or a ball - I feel so.... gorgeous. I’m able to recreate the look time and time again because the cut is excellent - thank you Mark - and the color is always beautiful. The technical skill and expertise of staff is constantly demonstrated by results.

It is very rare to want to write a review about the person who did the hair wash but oh my goodness!!!! SETH was fantastic. Please let him know. He genuinely cared and wanted it to be wonderful.

Shelly did an amazing job. My colour and cut was spot on. She really listened and got a colour plan that really suits me.

Kristen is a wonderful hairdresser who listens and cares! She is a fantastic colourist answer I am always happy with my result! She is efficient with taking good care of the integrity of my hair - I have had NO damage since seeing her!
