Maurice Meade Garden City

I've been going to Maurice Meade Garden City for years now (following the closure of Carousel, which I had been going to for years before). The staff are always friendly and down to earth and they're great at what they do. The salon can get very busy and hectic at times though, and with so many staff and clients crammed in it can get a little chaotic. The staff would definitely benefit from having a larger salon to work in, given its popularity and large client base. I'm sure they wouldn't mind a few more basins too!

A funny story: a couple of years ago I got it into my head that it would be a good idea to try tidying up my hair myself with the set of clippers I had at home (my hair grows uber quickly so I have to get it tidied up every fortnight). I made a complete mess of it and was distraught to the max. I phoned the salon the next day and, despite them having a full schedule and being booked out, they told me to come in before the salon opened and they were able to fix my hair up so I could go to work that day. That's how awesome these guys are!
