It is an amazing experience! You come in and someone takes your jacket to hang up, you get seated and offered tea or coffee. I chose tea with cranberries which came in a tea pot and was so fragrant and soothing!
The hairdresser is an expert! He is like a hair "doctor" curing my limp long hair making it luscious, flowing and silky soft to the touch which after being cut and styled and straightened was then professionally curled at the ends for a lasting regal effect!
I felt elegant and royal!
