I am your customer but the cashier never ask for loyalty card and never remind me of. To me if you don't ask it means you dont want to give the gift.

I just gave you a buzz in regards to your loyalty points. Once you have enough points to receive a gift the girls will be able to show whats on offer ( sometimes our gifts do change ).
