I booked in with Lou, she gave me great advise and really listened to what I wanted. I will definilty go back. The whole experience was relaxing. I didn’t have loads of different people doing my hair at different stages, Lou did everything. I have tried many salons over the years and this is by far the best. Customer service is excellent they are nice and friendly.

Exceptional colour, cut and service. Go no place else.

Had Adam do my hair and Sophie do my make up today and they did an amazing job!!

I have been going to Toni&Guy for many years. I have the amazing Lyndsay looking after my colour and cut. I always feel very pampered and special by all the staff in this beautiful salon. They all go above and beyond!! For example, it was raining when I was about to leave the salon, and Kimberley, with no hesitation I might add, offered me a Toni&Guy umbrella! This salon is definitely first class and deserves 5 stars!!!

I have been going to Toni and guy brisbane city for 5 + years and every time I go my hair cut is amazing no matter which hairdresser I get they all are very professional and listen to what I want.

Kelsie is an amazing hairdresser. She is very gentle and intuitive in her approach and is genuinely interested in her clients.

Kelsey is amazing. Listens and takes on everything you say and need for your hair! Has extensive feedback on products and knows her way around a pair of scissors!

I came from Melbourne just a day prior to the occasion and managed to get an appt with Sophie at Tony and Guy (Edward st)
Can’t stop talking about how lucky I was to meet and get Sophie to work her magic on my face. Being Indian with a hint of olive tone, it’s hard enough to get the base right. Sophie was more than happy to use my base and did a brilliant job crafting the face to an elegant look. To top it all Sophie seemed like a perfectionist and this was dedicatedly proven when she applied a bright cherry red lippy! A perfect look for the occasion! Simple and elegant! Thank you Tony and Guy, you made my night!

Wasn't sure what expect but my experience was something I would definately repeat. It was a calm ambiance with beautiful facilities and services. From staff greeting, consult (I love that this included the price upfront), basin treatment was super comfy, good convo and goosebumpy head massage -by Sophie. Haircut was my first in a long time but felt confident and happy for what Adam had in mind. I walked away a very customer today. Would highly recommend....as long as you have the budget. Definately a treat.

Loved everything about my Salon experience today. Lyndsay listened to my needs and wants and somehow made it happen!!! My hair is notoriously difficult but Lyndsay gave me a style and look I can easily work with at home. Thanks to all the team for today!

Toni and guy at brisbane city is our usual salon and Kelsey is our favorite hair stylist. She is a great hairdresser and a beautiful girl inside and out . Their customer service is excellent and they do their best to keep you happy all the time. I highly recommend Kelsey, she is the best. :)

Never disappointed with cut and service with any of the girls that have looked after me

This was my fifth or sixth visit to Edward Street T&G since arriving in Brisbane 6 months ago, and the best yet. Cleanliness, service etc are always spot on, and Adam did a superb job with cutting, coloring and styling. Very happy indeed!

The whole crew give the impression they are enjoying their day. Relaxed vibe but totally professional. I love this salon and that's why I travel from the Sunshine Coast to get my haircut here..
