On time, professional and personable , clearly a polished salon with great customer service. After using a barber for many years I had decided to grow my hair out . I specifically came to a salon in an attempt to get some advice and guidance on the awkward process of growing my hair out and the best way to navigate and treat my hair during the process. When asking about this every response was “just let it grow” - seems fair and not bad advice - I guess I am just naive and expected some more professional and personal advice and tips based on a $107 hair cut. Maybe I expected too much.
Shampoo and dry was flawless - great massage and products. Was greeted and sat instantly and only waited a few minutes for my cut to start - all very smooth.
